The new Barjumprope offers four ways to jump: Hands-free, Single-hand, Double-overhand & Regular Grip.
To use it without hands you need to strap it to your waist and rotate it through hip movements the same way as the hula hoop, only vertical. This is a great way to do cardio training and work on your abdominals.
