Possible uses for the Bodyload are body-weight training, running (esp. up stairs), climbing, cycling, grappling, etc. I also use it for skipping rope!
There will be no pounding of weights because the "soft" weight is equally divided in front and back and rather high on your body (no tottering around your waist).
The Bodyload is available empty to fill by yourself or ready filled in three weights:
7.5 kg filled with steel chad
8.5 kg filled with steel shot (abrasives)
12.0 kg filled with lead shot
Can be tightened on the sides and in front of the chest for tight fitting.
