All duvide Jumpropes can be easily adjusted to the athlete's body size and some models also to the preference of rope weight.

Cutting the hosepipe of the dS
	1. Hold the hose and the orange PU middle section and unscrew it from both ends of the hose.
	2. Hold the two ends of the hose together and cut them to the required length. Click here for suggested lengths according to body size. Make sure that both hose pipes have exactly the same length. Screw the middlesection back into the hose until both ends touch each other.
Cutting and filling of the hosepipe of dL & dC
	1. Hold the hose and unscrew both handles by turning it counter-clockwise from the hose. You might use some cloth to support your grip with the hose.
	2a. Hold the two ends of the hose together and cut them to the required length. Click here for suggested lengths according to body size. Make sure that both hose pipes have exactly the same length. Screw the handles back into the hose.
	2b. (only dL) Fill the hose, if more weight is required, with the provided metal pins. Screw the handles back into the hose. It is important not to fill the hose until you have to squeeze in the screws of the handles, leave about one inch empty!
Cutting and filling of the hosepipe of dX & dG
	1. Hold the hose and the black nylon connection with your hands and unscrew them.
	2. Use the 4 mm Allen key to unscrew and take out the hexagon set screw. You might use some cloth to support your grip with the hose.
	3a. After you have taken out the set screws, hold the two ends of the hose together and cut them at the required length. Click here for suggested lengths according to body size.
	3b. Fill the hose, if more weight is required, with the provided metal pins. Close the hose with the set screws and connect the two parts of the rope again. It is important not to fill the hose until you have to squeeze in the screws of the handles, leave about one inch empty!
Filling the handles of dG
	1. Unscrew and remove the M 8 set screw using the 4 mm Allen key provided.
	2. Cut off the neck of the plastic bottle with lead and fill the handle up to the brim. Shake the handle in between the filling process to let the lead sink in and continue doing this until any rattling sound has ceased. Repeat the process if settling occurs later.
	3. Return the set screw back in until it is flush with the black nylon part of the handle. Avoid letting the M 8 set screw fall into the handle where it cannot be taken out.
Lubricating the the bearings for all models
	1. Unscrew and take out the set screw with a 2 mm Allen key (the dS needs a 4 mm key).
	2. Add 2-3 drops of oil.
	3. Return the set screw back in until it is flush with the black nylon part of the handle. Don't screw it in excessively, to avoid any moving contact with the metal axle joint.
