Jog-step reverse

Technique: Start with the rope in front of you (turning the rope backwards). Jump from one leg to the other and try to roll your feet up from heel to toes. Cushion the impact of the jumps evenly with the legs by bending the knees. Keep your back straight and your shoulders loose.
Benefits: Similar to the normal jog-step but arms, hands and shoulders need to work harder
