In order to use your jump rope, you need to cut the pvc hosepipe to your size.
Stand with both feet on the rope, hold the handles in front of your chest parallel to the ground. They should build a line slightly above your stomach.
You can also use the table below. Play around with the size until you feel comfortable with the length of the rope. If the rope is a little bit longer it leaves you more options for holding your arms in different positions. In case you prefer to jump more speedier, a slightly shorter rope might be better for you. But in general we recommend the rope longer than too short.
Before cutting the hose permanently, you can test the length by fixing the hose with tape to the orange PU belt. Test-jump and when you feel you found the appropriate length, cut it there and put the set screws back in position.
