Manufacturer Guarantee Bond for duvide JumpropesIrrespective of the statutory rights under warranty, duvide Jumpropes grants a guarantee under the laws of your country, but for a minimum of one year, starting from the date that the jump rope is sold to the end user.The guarantee applies exclusively to defects which arise from material or manufacturing faults. When making a claim under guarantee, the original sales receipt with date of purchase must be attached. Repairs under guarantee may be carried out exclusively by duvide Jumpropes. The following are excluded from the guarantee:
The extended duvide 5-Year-WarrantyIf a duvide Jumprope is registered within 4 weeks after purchase, duvide will provide an extended 5 year guarantee, also beginning from the date that the jump-rope was sold to the end user/purchaser.Registration may take place only online in the form below. It may be carried out by the customer himself. A print-out of the confirmation email will then count as the confirmation of guarantee. The purchaser will receive from duvide Jumpropes confirmation of the 5 year guarantee, if an email address is entered. This guarantee is always related to the jump rope, i.e. every jump rope purchased must be registered to claim the 5 year guarantee.
