4 a  Closed-feet skip (regular)

Keep feet & knees together, jump as low as possible and jump as fast as possible.

4 b  Closed-feet skip (overhand)

Hold handles in overhand grip. Keep feet & knees together, jump as low as possible and jump as fast as possible.

4 c  Closed-feet criss-cross

Jump with closed feet. Hold handles in overhand grip and criss-cross arms with each jump.

4 d  Closed-feet max-speed

Keep feet & knees together, jump as low as possible and as fast as possible.
