Lift legs as if running on spot.

3 b  Run-step criss-cross

Lift legs as if running on spot while criss-crossing arms

3 c  Run-step criss-cross backward

Lift your legs as if running on the spot, twirl the rope backward and criss-cross your arms. Do two regular twirls and one criss-cross.

Run-step swinging rope backwards with arms cross in front.
