1a Jog-step (regular)

Jump from one foot to other only high enough to let the rope pass.

1b Jog-step criss-cross

Jump from one foot to other while criss-crossing arms.

1c Jog-step (overhand)

Hold handles in overhand grip and jump the jog-step.

1d Jog-step criss-cross (overhand)

Hold handles in overhand grip and jump the jog-step criss-crossing arms.

1e Jog-step criss-cross backward

Jog-step criss-cross with intermediate step backwards - one criss-cross rotation, one normal rotation.
