Alternate high knee with each rotation.

8bSprint-step criss-cross

Alternate high knee with each rotation while criss-crossing arms.

8cSprint-step backward

Alternate high knee with each rotation spinning rope backwards.

8dSprint-step backward (overhand)

Hold hands in overhand grip. Alternate high knee with each rotation spinning rope backwards.
