Squat-skip (6 variations)

22aSquat-skip (regular)

Start by jumping with closed feet. With 3 jumps go down into squat. Stay there for 5 jumps then go up again.

22bSquat-skip double-under

Go into the squat and do one double-under alternating with one single-under.

22cSquat-skip criss-cross

Go into the squat and do one jump criss-crossing your arms alternating with two regular jumps.

22dSquat-skip arms-cross

Start by jumping with closed feet then cross arms in front body. With 3 jumps go down into squat holding this position. Stay there for 5 jumps then go up again.

22eSquat-skip (overhand)

Hold the handles in the overhand grip and jumping with closed feet. With 3 jumps go down into the squat. Stay there for 5 jumps then go up again.

22fSquat-skip backward

Start jumping backward, go down into the squad and stay there for 5 jump and go up again.
