26aThe Duck (regular)

Stick your butt out as far as possible and jump flat with closed feet.

26bThe Duck (overhand)

Hold your arms wide in the overhand grip and stick your butt out as far as possible. Jump with closed feet.

26cThe Duck backward (overhand)

Hold your arms in the overhand grip. Stick your butt out as far as possible and jump flat with closed feet backward.
