41aDouble-under (regular)

Jump one time and let the rope pass 2 rotations.

41bDouble-under - 5 jump intervals (overhand)

Hold handles in overhand grip and let rope pass 2 times during each jump. Do 5 DUs, then 3 regular jumps.

41cDouble-under - with intermediate jump

Jump one time and let rope pass 2 rotations then jump 1 normal jump.
